Steward's Report
Track Curator, Mr R Hamilton advised that the track was medium harrowed on 14 August 2019.
A sample was taken from Magnet Force upon arrival at the course
Rapidash – New declared weight of 31.1 kgs, last raced at 30.0 kgs.
Magnet Force was quick to begin. King's Honour was slow to begin.
Rapidash and Barbados Dream collided soon after the start. Barbados Dream and Chill Out Virgo collided approaching the home turn. Magnet Force and Gypsy Jean collided in the home straight. Rapidash tired in the home straight.
Rapidash underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg triangle injury. A seven day stand down period was imposed.
