Striking Tiger was quick to begin.  Timberline was slow to begin.  Harmony Hall, Jayville Torpedo and Master Marcus collided approaching the first turn checking Master Marcus.  Jayville Torpedo and Anise collided approaching the first turn checking Anise.  Akina Ivy and Anise collided on the first turn checking Master Marcus and Timberline.  Akina Ivy and Jayville Torpedo collided entering the home straight checking Jayville Torpedo.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Downtown Dolly, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.

Soda Maxi, Red Beryl and Downtown Dolly were quick to begin.  Akina Archer, Cilla Gem and Jillissa collided approaching the first turn checking Akina Archer.  Downtown Dolly crossed in approaching the first turn checking Red Beryl.  Akina Archer and Cilla Gem collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Akina Archer and Jillissa collided approaching the home turn checking Jillissa.  Cilla Gem and Jillissa collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Velocity Sunrise and Dr. Liana were slow to begin.  Velocity Sunrise crossed in on the first turn checking It's A Date.

Ballymac Pirate underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle muscle injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Urban Bourbon was quick to begin.  Splinter and Victory Post collided soon after the start checking Victory Post.  Urban Bourbon checked off Shocked on the first turn severely checking Urban Bourbon and Splinter; Splinter fell as a result and Urban Bourbon subsequently tailed off.  Maximum Tiff and Victory Post collided on the home turn.

Curiouser was slow to begin.  Tansy and Larkhill County collided approaching the first turn checking Tansy.  Super Fay, Curiouser and Victor Leone collided approaching the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  Larkhill County and Dusseldorp collided on the first turn checking Larkhill County, Dusseldorp, Ado Carr and Curiouser.

Silvio Dante was quick to begin.  Miss Hanigan and Perrie The Fairy were slow to begin.  Miss Hanigan and Perrie The Fairy collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Mepunga Bonnie and Jeda's Girl collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Mepunga Bonnie and Jeda's Girl collided on the first turn checking Jeda's Girl.  Silvio Dante and Marcello collided approaching the home turn checking Silvio Dante.  Silvio Dante and Perrie The Fairy collided entering the home straight checking Perrie The Fairy and Mepunga Billy.

Flying Moss was slow to begin.  Whodat Dare crossed in approaching the first turn checking Flying Moss, Sapphire Power and Airly Spence.  Go Twenty Two and Doc's Reward collided entering the back straight.  Airly Spence checked off Whodat Dare on the second turn.  Go Twenty Two checked off Airly Spence on the second turn checking Doc's Reward.  Go Twenty Two and Flying Moss collided on the home turn checking Flying Moss.

Aeroplane Tippa - Late scratching at 13:07 when trainer Mr. K. Bailey reported the greyhound to have an illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Kasey Anne was slow to begin.  Premier Jess and Rock Johnson collided approaching the first turn checking Rock Johnson.  Handsome and Goldrush Rose collided on the first turn checking Handsome.  Rock Johnson faltered approaching the home turn and lost ground.

Rock Johnson underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle muscle injury.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

More Donuts checked off Rosie Cotton on the first turn and subsequently tailed off. 

More Donuts underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was then re-vetted following race 11.  More Donuts was found to have diarrhoea.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. K. Bailey, the trainer of More Donuts regarding it's performance on the first turn. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, More Donuts must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Supplementary Report Monday 12 August 2019. Mr Ken Bailey the trainer of More Donuts advised that the greyhound had suffered right back muscle injury and he expected the greyhound to nt race for 60 days.
