A pre-race sample was taken from Riverdale Danger.
Serendipity Man, Blackpool Blast and Urban Ruler collided approaching the first turn checking Blackpool Blast. Sudden Call and Poison Pen collided approaching the home turn checking Poison Pen. Urban Ruler and Blackpool Blast collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.
Poison Pen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a carpal sprain to the right wrist. A 14 stand down period was imposed.
