What Feeling went up with the lids at box rise.
Cougar Icon and Blackpool Flyer were quick to begin.
Cougar Icon and Blackpool Flyer collided approaching the first turn. Pandora's Devil checked off Smurf approaching the home turn. Pandora's Devil and Broken Rules collided approaching the home turn, checking Broken Rules which lost ground as a result. Expresso Love and Blackpool colloded on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
A sample was taken from Cougar Icon - the winner of the event.
Broken Rules was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a Thoraco-lumbar injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
