Flushette was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Why Not Oscar was slow to begin.  Check My Swagger, He's Sensitive and Knees Up collided soon after the start checking He's Sensitive.  Merciless and Why Not Oscar collided approaching the first turn checking Why Not Oscar.  He's Sensitive and Knees Up collided on the first turn.  Why Not Oscar was checked off Knees Up approaching the second turn.

Proven Looper, Six Bob and I'm The Coolest were slow to begin.  Six Bob was checked off Mrs. Dirts soon after the start.  Six Bob raced wide on the first turn.  I'm The Coolest and Mrs. Dirts collided on the second turn.  Six Bob raced wide entering the back straight.  Proven Looper and Knocka Magic collided in the back straight.  Agent Jack and Stealthy Rhythm collided approaching the home turn.

Pattie Phevos was quick to begin.  My Bella Me crossed to the outside soon after the start and collided with Digger's Beach, Pure Grand Senor and Devondale Dude, Digger's Beach was checked as a result.  Dyna Vank and Cruz Kelton collided approaching the first turn checking Cruz Kelton.  My Bella Me and Digger's Beach collided on the first turn.  Super Rebel and Devondale Dude collided on the first turn and again on the second turn.  Dyna Vank and Pattie Phevos collided in the back straight.  Super Rebel was checked off Pattie Phevos approaching the home turn.  Digger's Beach and Devondale Dude collided on the home turn.

My Misty Galo was slow to begin.  Dr. Thanos was checked off Liberty soon after the start checking Dr. Thanos.  Drainer, Dr. Sinbad, Fancy Cruiser and Liberty collided on the first turn.  Drainer galloped on Liberty approaching the home turn severely checking Liberty causing Liberty to fall.  Drainer and Dr. Sinbad collided on the home turn.  Dr. Ezechiel was checked off Fancy Cruiser on the home turn.

Liberty was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left radius and was humanely euthanased.

Joyce Jetson was slow to begin.  Surprise Mecko and Gave Surf Away collided soon after the start checking Surprise Mecko.  Parumba Corvette, Rose Of Nikita and Jarry Reg collided on the first turn checking Rose Of Nikita and Joyce Jetson and severely checking Jarry Reg which contacted the running rail.  Jarry Reg galloped on Rose Of Nikita approaching the home turn checking Gave Surf Away.  Rose Of Nikita faltered and tailed off approahcing the home turn.  Yazz raced wide approaching the home turn.  Wasabi Princess and Parumba Corvette collided on the home turn.  Yazz crossed out on the home turn and collided with Wasabi Princess and Parumba Corvette.

Rose Of Nikita was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn right back muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Yazz was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right triangle muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.  Steward's consulted with Club Veterinary Surgeon Ms. Cindy Hayes who stated that in her opinion the injury sustained to Yazz would have had an impact on the greyhounds performance. 

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. L. Harris the trainer of Yazz regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn.

Tammy's Billie was a late scratching at 2.35pm on Veterinary advice (GAR 37).  No stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.

Riverside Billie was quick to begin.  Dr. Ellise and Mad Russian collided soon after the start checking Dr. Ellise.  Karmatised, Dr. Sanscha, Bounding Debree and Riverside Billie collided on the first turn checking Bounding Debree and Mad Russian.  Regal Surprise was checked off Mad Russian on the first turn.
