Gray Grey Goose was slow to begin. Hammer Red and Kermy's Gem collided approaching the first turn checking Kermy's Gem. Kermy's Gem contacted the running rail approaching the home turn. Aunty Chris and Kraken Greta collided on the home turn checking Aunty Chris. Aunty Chris raced wide approaching the home turn. Liberal Jones and Little Red Hot collided on the home turn.
Aunty Chris was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left wrist sprain. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.
Gypsy Shane was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
