Steward's Report
Matesy's Girl was a late scratching at 14:28 on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to illness. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Love A Chat and Balboa Express were slow to begin.
Plenty Of It and Hopsing collided soon after the start checking Plenty Of It which contacted the running rail. Hopsing, Garbutt and Atlas Shiralee collided on the first turn checking Garbutt. Garbutt and Love A Chat collided approaching the home turn.
Plenty Of It was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained right radius soreness. A stand down period of 28 days was imposed.
