Shadow Bo was a late scratching at 2.00pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Tina Womann was fined the sum of $100.

Moncrieffe Miss turned its head on the first turn.  My Boy Roman and Moncrieffe Miss collided entering the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr S. Cachia, the representative of the greyhound Moncrieffe Miss regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the first turn.  Moncrieffe Miss was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right deltoid injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Moncrieffe Miss with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Cachia pleaded guilty to the charge, Moncrieffe Miss was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Cullquin Bronn and Inga Ross were slow to begin.

Nelso Allen was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound cramped, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr C. Grenfell, the trainer of the greyhound Nelso Allen. Acting in accordance with GAR 71(Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

Pinnaroo and Like Lily collided approaching the first turn.  Queen Of Meereen checked off Hayley's Style approaching the first turn.  Pinnaroo checked off Queen Of Meereen on the first turn.  Like Lily, Dyna Gabba and Swift Abbey collided approaching the home turn checking Like Lily and Dyna Gabba.  

Deep Creek Girl shifted in soon after the start checking Cruising Stella, Gagey's Snags, Arma Rapida and Giant Jarvis.  Giant Jarvis, Arma Rapida and Gagey's Snags collided approaching the first turn checking Arma Rapida and Gagey's Snags.  Cruising Stella, Slingshot Jayla and Slingshot Blitz collided on the first turn checking Slingshot Jayla.  Arma Rapida galloped on Slingshot Jayla entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.  Arma Rapida and Giant Jarvis collided in the home straight.  Cruising Stella and Deep Creek Girl collided in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to the prepresentative Mr Graham Julian regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Giant Jarvis. Stewards directed that Giant Jarvis be boxed first in future events.

A pre-race sample was taken from Gold Attraction.

Gold Attraction checked off Jailor Bale approaching the first turn.  Dazzling Liesel, Inga Ted and Jailor Bale collided on the first turn checking Inga Ted and Jailor Bale.  Dazzling Liesel galloped on Adam Mandam approaching the home turn checking Adam Mandam.  Jailor Bale checked off Inga Ted approaching the home turn.  

Stir Fry Shrimp checked off Cruisy's Lil soon after the start.  I'm Electric checked off Cruisy's Lil on the first turn.  Soft Sand checked off Apache Flame on the first turn.  Blue Vegas checked off Soft Sand in the home straight. 

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from I'm Electric, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.

I'm Sorry turned in the boxes and took no competitive part in the event.

Zambora Rose checked off It All Happens soon after the start.  Spritely Brew checked off Keep On Runnin' on the home turn.  Secret's Out and Zambora Rose collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn checking both greyhounds causing both greyhounds to race wide. 

I'm Sorry was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained multiple abrasions to the left and right hind legs, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards established that I'm Sorry turned in the boxes.  Acting under GAR 52(1) I'm Sorry was placed on a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks).

A post-race sample was taken from Glascoe Sally - winner of the event.  

David Graham, trainer of Mia Shan declared a new weight of 26.3kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Mia Shan last raced at 25.1kg is returning from an illness.

Ima Sapphire was a late scratching at 2.33pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Troy Scott was fined the sum of $100.

Pharoah's Dream, Mia Shan and Outta Ammo collided approaching the first turn checking Mia Shan and Outta Ammo.

Ohio Fernando checked off Whiz approaching the first turn.  Dallas Fernando, Whiz, Fawn Illusion and Double Date collided on the first turn checking Whiz, Fawn Illusion and severely checking Dallas Fernando.

Osti's Raider was a late scratching at 2:34pm due to the incorrect greyhound being presented (GAR 31). Trainer Mr Michael Niele was fined the sum of $250.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Ace Cruising trialled over the 400mtrs from box 1, weight 31.2kgs, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 22.85, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2 ¾ lengths.  Ace Cruising was Cleared.
