Zipping Bailey was slow to begin.
Crimson Vixen and Go Seek Heidi collided soon after the start, checking Go Seek Heidi. Mepunga Frankie and Poise collided approaching the first turn. Mepunga Frankie checked off Militant Spirit on the first turn, also checking Poise and Neo Cleo, and causing Crimson Vixen and Zipping Bailey to fall. Neo Cleo and Miss Innings collided approaching the home turn, checking Miss Innings.
