Steward's Report
Primo Beso– Not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing from being on season.
Nasty Rach was slow to begin. Ebby's Plan, Primo Beso and Miss Adelaide collided approaching the first turn. Primo Beso checked off Maximum Bliss approaching the home turn and raced wide. Miss Adelaide and Nasty Rach collided on the home turn and again approaching the winning post.
Point And Run, which trailled the field throughout and tailed off was vetted following the event and was found to have injuries to the left monkey muscle and left and right quadriceps.
Stewards spoke to trainer Mr A. Harding regarding the performance of Point And Run in this event. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Point And Run must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
