Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Peter Yap.
Alexagal checked off Blue Esperance on the second turn. Alexagal, Peter Yap and Dewana Jayden collided on the second turn severely checking all three greyhounds. Peter Yap crossed to the outside in the home straight.
Peter Yap underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.
Acting under GAR 75(1), Stewards adsvised Mr H Goss, representative of the greyhound Peter Yap to report as soon as practicable anything that might have affected the running of Peter Yap which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
Supplementary Report:
Mr Ray Henness trainer of Peter Yap has advised stewards that he has retired the greyhound. .
