Steward's Report
Heard It Before was quick to begin. Brandeen Fi, Sweet Spolly and Burning Steel were slow to begin. Riccarton faltered approaching the first turn and subsequently tailed off. Brandeen Fi and Sweet Spolly collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Bossino, Voluptuous Blue and Keen Gem collided in the home straight.
Riccarton was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left back muscle injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
