Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Andrew Paraskevas, the trainer of Nervous An Weird regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Nervous An Weird last raced on 20 September 2018. Mr Paraskevas stated that the greyhound was resuming racing folowing a right hock injury.
Stewards spoke to Mr Andrew Paraskevas regarding the reason for the scratching of Quena Dee Air from this event. Mr Paraskevas stated that the greyhound had not recovered well from the recent hot weather and in his opinion it was in the best interest of the greyhound to not take part in today’s event. Stewards noted the explanation and took no further action.
A pre race sample was taken from Nervous An Weird.
