Ball Bearing, Bera Na Liva and Cruising Stella collided on the first turn checking Ball Bearing and Bera Na Liva. Ball Bearing galloped on the heels of Cruising Stella approaching the home turn. Tyche Diamond and More Donuts collided on the home turn. Ball Bearing and Bera Na Liva collided approaching the winning post.
Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr R Dunne regarding the direction that the greyhound Mickie Raven be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that the box first be removed.
