Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr G. Graham, the trainer of Woodleigh Blue regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Woodleigh Blue last raced on 8 August, 2018. Mr Woodleigh stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a right hock injury.
A pre race sample was taken from Fess Crockett.
Manhattan Man was quick to begin. Top Alcohol crossed to the rail soon after the start checking My Fernando Tim. Fess Crockett, Woodleigh Blue and Undenied Access collided soon after the start. My Fernando Tim, Fess Crockett and Undenied Access collided appraoching the first turn. Fess Crockett checked off Undenied Access approaching the first turn causing Undenied Access and Royal Solo to collide. Woodleigh Blue checked off Fess Crockett approaching the second turn. My Fernando Tim and Undenied Access collided in the home straight.
