Bowie Boy checked off Sharpo approaching the first turn. Sharpo checked off Emilio's Jet on the first turn. Banjo Sally and Burning Steel collided approaching the home turn. Emilio's Jet and Princess Spolly collided approaching the winning post.
Ann Cherie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left monkey muscle injury and split webbing to the left hind foot, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
