Steward's Report
The inside track was moderately harrowed on Monday 20th August 2018.
A pre-race sample was taken from Savannah Ash upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Cullen, the representative of Federal Impact, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Federal Impact last raced on 1st April 2018. Mr. Cullen stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a hock injury.
Cut Footluce, Play That Song, Limburg Patrick, Lochbrae Moss and Savannah Ash collided soon after the start checking Play That Song. Lightning Ben checked off Queen Of Gems soon after the start. Lightning Ben and Federal Impact collided approaching the first turn. Cut Footluce and Limburg Patrick collided on the home turn. Queen Of Gems and Federal Impact collided entering the home straight.
