Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Cullen, the representative of  Federal Impact, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Federal Impact last raced on 1st April 2018.  Mr. Cullen stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a hock injury.

Cut Footluce, Play That Song, Limburg Patrick, Lochbrae Moss and Savannah Ash collided soon after the start checking Play That Song.  Lightning Ben checked off Queen Of Gems soon after the start.  Lightning Ben and Federal Impact collided approaching the first turn.  Cut Footluce and Limburg Patrick collided on the home turn.  Queen Of Gems and Federal Impact collided entering the home straight.

Quotation Mark, To The Galo's and Tiggerlong Boo collided soon after the start.  Lektra Blicavs, Tiggerlong Boo and Eily West collided on the first turn checking Eily West and severely checking Lektra Blicavs and Tiggerlong Boo.  Eily West and Night Theory collided approaching the home turn.

Head Banger and She's A Mitzi were slow to begin.  Petey Baqui galloped on the heels of Bush Blossom on the first turn checking Petey Baqui, Half A Minya, Seaside Shuffle and She's A Mitzi and severely checking Bush Blossom.

Bush Blossom was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Hope To Wyn and Pretty Sensation were slow to begin.  Hope To Wyn checked off Pretty Sensation on the first turn.  Slew Left, Good Luck Mick and Black Zambesi collided on the first turn checking Good Luck Mick.  Little Fernando raced wide on the first turn.  Black Zambesi checked off Slew Left approaching the fourth turn.  Hope To Wyn checked off Black Zambesi on the fourth turn.  Hope To Wyn checked off Dashing Dyson on the home turn.

Revved Up Dee checked off Ayo Joy soon after the start.  Hayley's Style checked off Dyna Penny on the fourth turn.  Ayo Joy and Sisco Dun collided approaching the home turn.  Dyna Penny and Hayley's Style collided on the home turn.

Osakalaka and Cool Coco collided soon after the start.  Milky Jones checked off Not Available approaching the first turn.  Winnie Allen checked off Art Noveau on the second turn.  Dyna Denver galloped on the heels of Milky Jones in the back straight.  Cool Coco and Milky Jones collided on the third turn.  Cool Coco checked off Milky Jones approaching the home turn checking Osakalaka.

Rockalot and Gomez Sanchez were quick to begin.  Wise Lewis and Galina Reznikov collided approaching the first turn checking Galina Reznikov.  Fast Izzi checked off Shockwave on the first turn.  Shockwave and Regazzoni collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Galina Reznikov checked off Regazzoni approaching the home turn.  Rockalot, Autocrat and Gomez Sanchez collided approaching the home turn checking Autocrat.

Mr. C. Grenfell, kennel representative of Tiggerlong Ring declared a new weight of 29.2kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Tiggerlong Ring last raced at 27.7kgs.

Noonbarra Storm and Luck's Run Out collided soon after the start.  Luck's Run Out, Tiggerlong Ring, Got It Right and Hot Devil collided approaching the first turn.  Luck's Run Out, Got It Right and Hot Devil collided on the first turn causing Got It Right to fall.  Noonbarra Storm checked off Veracity on the first turn.  Layback Cruiser and Shady Whip collided on the first turn checking Layback Cruiser.

Got It Right was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to its nose and front left paw.  No stand down period was imposed.
