Stewards issued a warning to Mr. W. Donlon,the handler of Broken Axle regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the first turn.

Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Drummond, the trainer of Pepper Shiraz regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Pepper Shiraz last raced on 24th April 2018. Mr. Drummond stated that the greyhound was returning from a laceration to the left hind foot. Mr. Drummond declared a new weight of 29.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Pepper Shiraz last raced at 28.0kg.
