Rum Dum was slow to begin.
Weeping Angel, Unwanted Lady and Brake Drum collided soon after the start checking Unwanted Lady. Weeping Angel, Brake Drum and Chief Command collided soon after the start checking Brake Drum and Chief Command. Thumbs and Sobered Up collided approaching the first turn. Unwanted Lady, Sobered Up, Brake Drum and Chief Command collided on the first turn checking Chief Command.and severely checking Sobered Up and Brake Drum. Brake Drum fell as a result.
Brake Drum underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a lumbo-sacral injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Sobered Up underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
