Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr P.Thomson, the trainer of Lonnie Mach regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Lonnie Mach last raced on 14th November 2018. Mr Thomson stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after being seasonal. Mr Thomson declared a new weight of 31.2kg for the Lonnie Mach in accordance with GAR 39(2). Lonnie Mach last raced at 30.1kg.
Dam The Man and Lektra Brandy were slow to begin.
Blackpool Floss and Stacey Keeping collided soon after the start. Dam The Man, Blackpool Floss and Stacey Keeping collided on the first turn checking Calfuray, Stacey Keeping and Lektra Brandy. Dam The Man and Lonnie Mach collided approaching the home turn. Calfuray and Lektra Brandy collided on the home turn and again in the home straight resulting in both greyhounds racing wide.
