Stewards spoke to Mr P. Thomson, the trainer of Crakerjack Koby regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Crackerjack Koby last raced on 19th November, 2018. Mr Thomson stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a change of kennels.  

A pre race sample was taken from Crakerjack Koby.

Killana and La Caprice were very slow to begin (1L).

Crakerjack Koby and Crakerjack Nev collided approaching the first turn checking Blackpool Flyer. 

La Caprice was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Firework Joey was very slow to begin (3L).

Aussie Bok Choy checked off Raging Roy soon after the start. Raging Roy checked off Niamh's Double approaching the first turn. Niamh's Double checked off Marlan Girl on the first turn checking Niamh's Double. Aussie Bok Choy, Serendipity Babe and Firework Joey collided approaching the winning post.

Trew Danger was slow to begin.

Don's Trouble checked off Yenderra Bazza approaching the first turn. Mrs. Hardwicke, Don's Trouble, Hot Tottie and Trew Danger collided on the first turn checking Trew Danger. Mrs. Hardwicke checked off Hot Tottie on the home turn.

Travel Easy was a late scratching at 3.18pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to an illness. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Bombadier King was slow to begin.

Midnight Mick checked off Track Of Time soon after the start. Track Of Time faltered approaching the first turn. Bombadier King and Kurri Kurri collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.

Track Of Time was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left calf and a right thigh injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards subsequently spoke with Ms Angela Langton, the trainer of Track of Time about the performance in this race. After consideration was given to the matter, the Stewards were not satisfied with the performance in this event and as such, Track of Time was placed on a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 71. Connections further advised that Track of Time will be relocated to another racing locality, in an effort to find a more suitable class of race for this greyhound.

Keisha's Boy was slow to begin.

Popowski, Conde and Keisha's Boy collided soon after  the start. Keisha's Boy checked off Conde soon after the start and crossed to the outside thereafter. Leeroy Rox checked off Popowski approaching the first turn. Leeroy Rox and Rellim Diesel collided approaching the first turn checking Leeroy Rox. Rellim Diesel checked off Dontron on the first turn checking Rellim Diesel. Conde and Keisha's Boy collided approaching the home turn. Rellim Diesel raced wide on the home turn.

Ace Gone Wild was slow to begin.

Ace Gone Wild checked off Dyna Jerry approaching the first turn. Dyna Jerry checked off Disco Lemonade approaching the first turn. Mr. Moonlight and Aron Allen colllided on the home turn. Disco Lemonade and Graphic Print collided in the home straight.

Avatar Maximus was slow to begin. 

Blondy Two and Chilling Story collided approaching the first turn. Blondy Two checked off Crystal Bling approaching the first turn. Just Talking and Crystal Bling collided on the first turn severely checking Crystal Bling which lost ground as a result. Avatar Maximus checked off Chilling Story entering the home straight.

Crystal Bling was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to trainer Mr R. Colpoys who had dual runners engaged in the event regarding the scratching of Blusain Bolt. Stewards accepted Mr Colpoys explanation.

Nick's Never checked off Serendipity Man soon after the start. Serendipity Man checked off Monkey Mite soon after the start. Serendipity Man checked off Big Kenny Bobo on the home turn.

A sample was taken from Tankalicious - the winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to trainer representative Mr G. Mannion who had dual runners engaged in the event regarding the scratching of Me Bros Bad. Stewards accepted Mr Mannions explanation.

Quick Transition and Dyna Gunner were slow to begin.

Quick Transition checked off Miss Oreo Magic approaching the first turn. Serendipity Girl faltered on the first turn and subsequently tailed off. Quick Transition checked off Monoak in the home straight.

Serendipity Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Maderra and Ringcraft collided soon after the start. Fernando's Flare and Ringcraft collided approaching the first turn. Shimmy Dat Ray and Little Pookie collided approaching the first turn checking Maderra. Fernando's Flare and Ringcraft collided approaching the first turn to the first turn. Shimmy Dat Ray crossed to the rail in the home straight severely checking Got The Double. Ringcraft checked off Shimmy Dat Ray approaching the winning post.

Sweet Ambush was slow to begin.

Bundarrra Magic and Trouble Brewing collided approaching the first turn checking Trouble Brewing. Trouble Brewing raced wide on the home turn. Flying Sam checked off Bundarra Magic in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Trewin, the trainer of Paxton Bale regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Paxton Bale last raced on 12th October, 2018. Mr Trewin stated that  greyhound was resuming racing following an injury to the right sesamoid.

Stewards spoke to Mr C. Blake, the representative of Claretown Boris regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Claretown Boris last raced on 13th September, 2018. Mr Blake stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a seasonal spell.

Paxton Bale and Mexican Ned collided soon after the start and again on the first turn. Mexican Ned checked off Run Ronnie Run approaching the first turn checking Claretown Boris, Paxton bale and Barked Off. Paxton Bale and Mexican Ned collided approaching the home turn. Mexican Ned checked off Paxton Bale on the home turn. Run Ronnie Run and Poisin Pen collided in the home straight.  Paxton Bale and Riverdale Danger collided in the home straight.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr K Ward, the trainer of Slipaway Whitey regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Slipaway Whitey last raced on 30th June, 2018. Mr Ward stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following an extended spell pursuant to GAR 77A. Slipaway Whitey trialled over the 400m from box 1 weight 30.7kgs, the greyhound was placed first in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 23.45, the greyhound won by a margin of 0.75L. Slipaway Whitey was Cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Last Princess trialled over the 400m from box 8 weight 31.0kgs, the greyhound was placed second in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 23.45, the greyhound was beaten a margin of 0.75L. Last Princess was Cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - Dorrigo Bale over the 400m from box 1, weight 31.2kgs, the greyhound was placed third in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.71, the greyhound was beaten a margin of 2.5L. Dorrigo Bale was Cleared.
