Quara's Yoshi was quick to begin.  Dyna Helena and Franki Jay were slow to begin.  Dyna Helena and Where's Success collided approaching the first turn checking Where's Success.  Dyna Charee, Franki Jay, Keeping Busy and Where's Success collided on the first turn checking Franki Jay, Where's Success and Dyna Charee.  Keeping Busy raced wide on the home turn.  Keeping Busy and Franki Jay collided entering the home straight.

Mr S. Collyer, reperesentative of Dyna Allen declared a new weight of 30.9 kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Dyna Allen last raced at 32.2 kgs.

A pre-race sample was taken from Wolf's Nightcall upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.

Wolf's Nightcall and Neb's Shark were slow to begin.  Hot Tottie, Dyna Eren and Moonie Cyclone collided approaching the first turn checking Dyna Eren which in turn collded with Dyna Cortina and Vanna Allen.  Vanna Allen and Neb's Shark collided on the first turn.  Wilby Allen and Neb's Shark raced wide on the home turn.

Dyna Eren was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Rando Allen was quick to begin.  Vesper Allen, Dyna Dixon and Whizzing collided soon after the start checking Vesper Allen.  Dyna Bonnay, Dyna Dixon and Roxy's Yak collided approaching the first turn.  Vesper Allen raced wide from the first turn to entering the home straight.  Dyna Dixon checked off Dyna Bonnay on the first turn.  Dyna Bonnay and Dyna Dixon collided in the home straight.  Dyna Frankie and Dyna Bonnay collided in the home straight.

A sample was taken from Dark Nimbus - the winner of the event.

Dyna Boris was quick to begin.  Dyna Dom, Roxy's Zork and Nickel Tops were slow to begin.  Nickel Tops checked off Belle Express approaching the first turn.  Roxy's Zork checked off Nickel Tops on the first turn causing Roxy's Zork to race wide.  Roxy's Zork raced wide on the home turn.

Roxy's Zork was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A sample was taken from Sedaka - the winner of the event.

Jump In Line checked off the heels of Dyna Reaver soon after the start.  Jump In Line raced wide in the back straight.  Peppertide, Know Success, Dyna Reaver and Pietra Allen colided on the first turn checking Dyna Reaver in turn severely checking Pietra Allen.  Dyna Reaver checked off Stevie Jane in the home straight.  Jump In Line raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.

A pre-race sample was taken from Cool Coco upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.

Sisco Bella was quick to begin.  Loch Mac and Burnout collided soon after the start checking Loch Mac which lost ground as a result.  Sisco Bella and Cool Coco collided on the first turn.  Burnout checked of Go Jotto on the home turn.  Burnout and Go Jotto collided several times in the home straight.

Loch Mac was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to the left foreleg and a fracture to the left metacarpal.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr B. Cunningham, the trainer of Lektra Stomp regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Lektra Stomp last raced on 7 June 2018. Mr Cunningham stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a change of kennel and a right hock injury. Mr Cunningham declared a new weight of 32.5 kgs for Lektra Stomp in accordance with GAR 39(2). Lektra Stomp last raced at 34.0 kgs.

A pre-race sample was taken from Zambora Andy.

Darren Allen and Zambora Andy collided on the first turn checking Antarctic Lass.  Cruising Stella and Darren Allen collided on the home turn.  Antarctic Lass checked off Zambora Andy on the home turn.  Cruising Stella and Antarctic Lass raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.  Lektra Stomp checked off Manzeene Magic in the home straight and again approaching the winning post.

This event was delayed one minute due to a Cranbourne gallops race.

Dyna Drew was slow to begin.  Cruisy's Angle and Big Sam Marjen collided approaching the first turn checking Cruisy's Angle.  Cruisy's Angle checked off Big Sam Marjen on the first turn.  Speed Star checked off Hone In on the home turn.  Cruisy's Angle raced wide on the home turn.

Three Toots and Lingard were slow to begin.  Yeppy Allen and Blackpool Remi collided approaching the first turn.  Blue Kodak, Mini Fernando, Que Allen and Lingard collided on the first turn checking Blue Kodak in turn causing Que Allen to gallop on the heels of Blue Kodak which fell as a result causing Three Toots to race wide.  Yeppy Allen and Mini Fernando collided in the home straight.  Blackpool Remi and Bush Blossom collided in the home straight.

Que Allen was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr D Donnelly, the representative of Vostok regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Vostok last raced on 3 May 2018. Mr Donnelly stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a right back muscle injury.

Jackson's Girl was quick to begin.  Vostok and Kouta Gold collided soon after the start.  Lost Love checked off Adam Mandam approaching the first turn.  Tiggerlong Boo raced wide on the home turn.

Alpha Venus was quick to begin.  Monkey Mite and Dyna Hunter collided approaching the first turn checking Monkey Mite which lost ground as a result.  Giant Jarvis checked off Rhino Rex on the first turn.  Noonbarra Storm, Little Dynamo and Rhino Rex collided approaching the home turn checking Little Dynamo.  Giant Jarvis galloped on the heels of Rhino Rex in the home straight.

Calabrese Bullet was slow to begin.  Blazing Lane, Well Armed and Flying Sam collided approaching the first turn checking Blazing Lane.  Calabrese Bullet checked off Flying Sam approaching the home turn.  Princess Parker and Blazing Lane colided on the home turn checking Blazing Lane.

Trainer Ms D. White requested Calabrese Bullett to be vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn right nail, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
