Mepunga Dasha and Cruisy's Angle collided on the first turn checking Cruisy's Angle and Pants On Fire. Aston Ninja and Chasing James collided approaching the home turn checking Chasing James.
Stewards spoke to Mr T. New handler of Pants On Fire regarding his tardiness in boxing the greyhound. Stewards took into account Mr New's inexperience, and suggested that it would be beneficial if he gained more experience at boxing greyhounds at trials.
