A pre-race sample was taken from My Alibi.
Trim City and Architecture collided soon after the start. Architecture and My Alibi collided soon after the start. Architecture, My Alibi and No Passengers collided approaching the first turn checking My Alibi. No Passengers and Daytona Fernando collided on the first turn. Architecture crossed to the outside on the home turn checking Daintree Dynamo. Layback Cruiser tired in the home straight.
Meeting comments:-
Stewards spoke to Mr. W. McMahon after the greyhound Dr. Yanma was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Mr. McMahon was reminded of his responsibilities that when kennelling he ensures greyhounds are kennelled in accordance with kennel procedure.
Stewards spoke to kennel attendant Mr. A. Garcia after the greyhound Dr. Yanma was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Mr. Garcia was reminded of his responsibilities and asked to ensure that all greyhounds are correctly kennelled in future. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration.
