Kennelling closed late due to I.T issues during kennelling.

Dyna Eren was a late scratching at 2:20pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to an elevated temperature. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Zavier's Monaro and Deneholme Dasher collided on the first turn. Zavier's Monaro galloped on the heels of Deneholme Dasher on the first turn causing Deneholme Dasher to loose considerable ground. Nimble Leo checked off Marcial approaching the home turn. Crymelon You Cro checked off Zavier's Monaro approaching the home turn. Emily Oaks raced wide in the home straight.

Kayla's Monaro, Nimble Jackson, Foxzami Muzza and American Brat were slow to begin.

Kayla's Monaro and American Brat collided soon after the start. Ranger Bay and Dyna Nelly collided approaching the first turn. Kayla's Monaro and Ranger Bay collided heavily on the first turn, checking American Brat. Nimble Jackson and American Brat shifted out and raced wide through the first turn and remained wide throughout the race.

Blackpool Nugget checked off the heels of In The Net approaching the home turn. Blackpool Nugget raced wide approaching the home turn. Lilly Shan checked off In The Net on the home turn. Quen Bale and Buddy's Entity collided heavily on the home turn checking both greyhounds. Quen Bale and Buddy's Entity collided in the home straight. Blackpool Nugget faded in the home straight. Dream Boulevard and Madonya collided approaching the finish line.

Blackpool Nugget was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left metatarsal and front stopper. No stand down period was imposed.

The connections of First Responder were questioned as no person/catcher was in attendance at the catching pen to secure the greyhound at the conclusion of the race. A warning was issued to Ms Tina Womann under GAR 48.
