Steward's Report
Super Spolly and Valencia Gem were slow to begin. Akina Harley was very slow to begin (5 lengths). Super Spolly clipped the heels of Hip Hippy Shake soon after the start and stumbled. Catcha Nugget, Valencia Gem and Drama Club collided on the first turn. Catcha Nugget, Miss Gippsland and Valencia Gem collided approaching the home turn causing Miss Gippsland to stumble and lose considerable ground checking Hip Hippy Shake and Drama Club.
Miss Gippsland was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left hind toe injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
