Track Curator, Mr. T. Dempsey, advised Stewards that both the inside and the outside tracks were top dressed, graded and harrowed on Wednesday 26th September.

Bide Your Time, Whip Allen and Whizzing collided soon after the start checking Whip Allen.  Goofey Express and Whizzing collided soon after the start checking Whizzing.  Outbreak Girl checked off Goofey Express on the first turn.  Whip Allen and Goofey Express collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.

A sample was taken from Zanthre Allen, the winner of the event.

Sacha Allen was slow to begin.  Riley Allen, Eye Am Raven, Tearaway Train, I'm Orion and Wok Djay collided soon after the start checking Tearaway Train, I'm Orion and Wok Djay.  I'm Orion checked off Wok Djay on the first turn.  Riley Allen checked off Eye Am Raven on the first turn.  Sacha Allen and I'm Orion collided several times on the first turn and again approaching the home turn checking Sacha Allen.  Wok Djay, Riley Allen and Tearaway Train collided on the home turn.

Sacha Allen was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A sample was taken from Quick Transition, the winner of the event.

Blackpool Nugget, Hotspur Joey and No Secrets collided soon after the start.  Ledgerwood Road and Dyna Jules collided soon after the start.  Dyna Jules checked off Ledgerwood Road on the first turn checking Glayva.  Blackpool Nugget checked off No Secrets on the first turn.  No Secrets checked off Dyna Jules approaching the home turn.

Mr. G. Campbell, was fined the sum of $50 for failing to ensure the registration papers/card were produced for the greyhound Fawn Secrets, pursuant to GAR 33.

Dyna Gunner and Sarah Smirnoff collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Out Break and Spotlight collided approaching the first turn.  Dyna Gunner galloped on the heels of Fawn Secrets on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds and checking Sarah Smirnoff.  Out Break and Spotlight collided on the home turn.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Know Success, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Shining Opal, Fleur Delacour and Cruisy's Rose collided soon after the start.  Liebig Street and Fleur Delacour collided approaching the first turn checking Liebig Street.  Go Jotto checked off Regazzoni approaching the home turn.

A pre-race sample was taken from Dyna Dean.

Mepunga Zeus and Zipping Galon collided soon after the start checking Mepunga Zeus.  Pandora's Proof and Barcali collided on the second turn checking Pandora's Proof.

A pre-race sample was taken from Frosty Snowman.

Frosty Snowman, Mr. Moonlight, Hot Devil and Mickie Raven collided soon after the start checking Frosty Snowman and Mr. Moonlight.  Give Me Wings, Monaro Joe, Hot Devil and Quick Session collided approaching the first turn.  Mr. Moonlight galloped on the heels of Mickie Raven approaching the first turn severely checking both greyhounds.  Hot Devil checked off Quick Session on the first turn.

Fernando Drums, Crackerjack Nath, Wise Ricciardo and Crook Me Kindly collided approaching the first turn checking Fernando Drums and Wise Ricciardo.  Crook Me Kindly checked off Crackerjack Nath on the first turn.  Placid Warrior checked off Crook Me Kindly approaching the home turn.  Hit The Highway and Crook Me Kindly collided in the home straight.

A pre-race sample was taken from Ima Ruby.

Kouta And Cream and Lost Love were quick to begin.  Bees On Fire was slow to begin.

Noonbarra Storm was slow to begin.  Raine Allen, Aston Amore and Snippyliss collided soon after the start.  Agent Voilet checked off Snippyliss approaching the first turn causing Agent Voilet to lose ground and tail off as a result.  Noonbarra Storm checked off Snippyliss on the first turn.

Agent Voilet was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left monkey muscle.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Not Onya Own was slow to begin.  Not Onya Own and Fawn Pursuit collided soon after the start checking Not Onya Own.  Mr. Delahoya and Alina Grand collided soon after the start.  Ledgerwood Molly and Miami Fernando collided approaching the first turn.  Flying Sam, Luck's Run Out, Ledgerwood Molly and Miami Fernando collided approaching the first turn checking Miami Fernando.  Flying Sam and Ledgerwood Molly collided on the first turn checking Flying Sam and Miami Fernando.  Ledgerwood Molly checked off Mr. Delahoya on the first turn checking Alina Grand.  Not Onya Own and Alina Grand collided on the home turn checking Not Onya Own, Alina Grand, Flying Sam and Miami Fernando.
