Track Curator, Mr. T. Dempsey, advised Stewards that both the inside and the outside tracks were top dressed, graded and harrowed on Wednesday 26th September.

Bide Your Time, Whip Allen and Whizzing collided soon after the start checking Whip Allen. Goofey Express and Whizzing collided soon after the start checking Whizzing. Outbreak Girl checked off Goofey Express on the first turn. Whip Allen and Goofey Express collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.
