Magic Will was vetted following the event and was revetted following Race 8.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right thigh muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr J. Borg, Trainer of the greyhound, Magic Will.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Magic Will with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Borg pleaded guilty to the charge, Magic Will was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Shannon Allen was quick to begin.  Moon Prince and Dancin' In collided approaching the first turn.  Ledgerwood Molly and Dancin' In collided approaching the first turn.  Joffa's Mate and Ledgerwood Molly collided approaching the winning post.

Pumpernickel and Fierce Lomar were quick to begin.  Pumpernickel, Racketeer and Bomber's Return collided on the first turn checking Fierce Lomar.  Fierce Lomar checked off Bomber's Return approaching the home turn.  Fierce Lomar raced wide in the home straight.

Bound After Gold was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abdominal muscle injury, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Bomber's Return was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left hindleg toe, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Painted Elvry was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left hindleg toes, no stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Drew the handler of Crackerjack Daza regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Crackerjack Daza last raced on 4th April, 2018 . Mr. Drew stated that the greyhound was new to the kennel.
