Judicial Man and Chardy were quick to begin. Jimmy Newob checked off Big Flood on the first turn, checking Bewildering. Judicial Man and Kouta Mayhem collided approaching the home turn, severely checking both greyhounds. Jimmy Newob raced wide in the home straight.
Samples were taken from the placegetters in the event - Aston Dee Bee (1st), Chardy (2nd) and Ando's Mac (3rd).
Judicial Man was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Kouta Mayhem was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
