Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Snip Snap.
Trap Queen and Canya Wilber collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Lottie Biscotti crossed out approaching the first turn checking Sunset Senorita, Canya Wilber and Cloverlay. Trap Queen was checked off Sunset Senorita on the first turn. Snip Snap was checked off Snoop A Loop on the first turn checking Lottie Biscotti and Galester Hook. Galester Hook cramped in the home straight.
Galester Hook was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound cramped, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. C. Galea the trainer of the greyhound Galester Hook. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (cramp) Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a satisfactory trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
