Bombora Comet was a late scratching at 3:18 pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon, due to an allergic reaction to a suspected insect bite. A five day stand down period was imposed.
Fat Rhino, Test Pilot and Railway Burra were slow to begin. Arcup Usain, Top Alcohol and Maximum Babe collided on the first turn, checking Top Alcohol and Maximum Babe. Fat Rhino and Maximum Babe collided on the home turn, checking Maximum Babe.
