A trial of the GRV-endorsed ISO-LYNX real-time tracking system was conducted throughout today's racing program. All race rugs used today were fitted with a location tracking beacon as part of this trial.

Stewards spoke to Mr George Kantzidis, trainer of Fly Night, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Fly Night last raced on 23 December 2017.  Mr Kantzidis stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a hock injury.

Big League Diva was slow to begin.  Dyna Elwyn, Bertie Allen and Venus Allen collided soon after the start.  Joshua Rocks and Venus Allen collided on the first turn, checking Joshua Rocks.  Fly Night and Big League Diva collided on the third turn and again approaching the home turn.  Big League Diva checked off Fly Night in the home straight.

Orson Allen was quick to begin.  My Boy Joey was slow to begin.  Xevra Allen, Chile Allen and Caribbean Red collided soon after the start.  Orson Allen crossed to the inside soon after the start.  Monica's Joy and My Boy Joey collided on the first turn.  Xevra Allen and Chile Allen collided on the first turn.  Monica's Boy, Xevra Allen and Chile Allen collided on the third turn, checking Chile Allen.

Polly's Nigel, Winlock Dyno and Zipping Klemmer were slow to begin.  Raine Allen and Apex Within collided soon after the start.  Polly's Nigel and Winlock Dyno collided soon after the start.  Polly's Nigel, Winlock Dyno and Zipping Klemmer collided approaching the first turn, causing Polly's Nigel and Zipping Klemmer to race wide.  Lady Christina and Apex Within collided on the first turn.  Zipping Klemmer galloped on Lady Christina on the third turn, causing Zipping Klemmer to stumble and checking Lady Christina.

Zelzer Allen was quick to begin.  Mira's Potion was slow to begin.  Yoppi Allen, Dyna Francine and Mira's Potion collided soon after the start.  Dyna Francine, Geller Allen and Mira's Potion collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn, checking Dyna Francine and Geller Allen, severely checking Mira's Potion which fell.  Dyna Francine and Dyna Gunner collided approaching the second turn.

Geller Allen was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained left foreleg shoulder muscle, right foreleg monkey muscle, left hindleg pencil/whip injuries and a spike wound above right eye, a five day stand down period was imposed.

Mira's Potion was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to the left of the face, a three day stand down period was imposed.

Loch Monster and Louie Allen collided soon after the start.  Afire Love and Weeona Dino collided soon after the start.  Louie Allen, Zipping Chaser and Redda collided approaching the first turn.  Afire Love and Zipping Chaser collided on the first turn.  Weeona Dino and Louie Allen collided on the first turn.  Weeona Dino, Loch Monster and Louie Allen collided approaching the first turn, checking Weeona Dino.  Afire Love raced wide approaching the second turn.

Pattaya Paul was quick to begin.  Xtreme Purpose and Stir Fry Shrimp collided soon after the start.  Merry Magic, Xtreme Purpose and Dewana Express collided on the first turn.  Stir Fry Shrimp and Federal Agent collided on the first turn.  Xtreme Purpose checked off Dewana Express approaching the second turn.

Blue Hunter was quick to begin.  Dyna Gavin was slow to begin.  Mr Moonlight, Sable Sass, Manifold and Dyna Elvio collided soon after the start.  Alpha Themis, Mr Moonlight, Sable Sass and Dyna Elvio collided on the first turn, checking Mr Moonlight and Manifold.  Sable Sass and Dyna Elvio collided on the second turn.  Sable Sass, Manifold and Dyna Elvio collided entering the back straight, checking Sable Sass and Dyna Elvio.

Ample Warning was slow to begin.  Kiss Me Razley, Dyna Elise and Another Bling collided soon after the start.  Dyna Elise and Dyna Winkler collided on the first turn, checking Dyna Elise and Ample Warning.  Kiss Me Razley and Dyna Winkler collided in the home straight.
