Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. L. Harris, the trainer of Woodleigh Belle regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Woodleigh Belle last raced on 26th August 2017. Mr. Harris stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after a change of kennel.
Pretoria Son and Black In Town were slow to begin. Papa Duncs, San Remo Lass and Kraken Bam Bam collided soon after the start. Reality Sail, Gunna Be Hoping, Papa Duncs and Pretoria Son collided approaching the first turn checking Gunna Be Hoping and Papa Duncs and severely checking Pretoria Son. Reality Sail and Black In Town collided on the first turn. San Remo Lass and Woodleigh Belle collided on the first turn. Papa Duncs, Gunna Be Hoping and Reality Sail collided approaching the home turn. Papa Duncs and Pretoria Son collided entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post.
