Steward's Report
West On Xandi and Sprint Tee collided soon after the start. Crackerjack Ale and Sprint Tee collided approaching the first turn. Bronelly Jet and Shimatron collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. West On Xandi crossed wide on the first turn. Calabasas and Sprint Tee collided on the home turn. Calabasas and West On Xandi collided entering the home straight.

As requested Mr.A.Norris presented Emily's Kitty for a Veterinary Examination after kennelling. Upon examination, it was reported that the greyhound was found to have soreness in the left hock and left pencil/whip soreness. Stewards took no further action on this occasion.
Stewards questioned Mr.Norris regarding the information he submitted when scratching Emily's Kitty on Fasttrack after an apparent training accident on 30 December 2017. Whilst the greyhound had injuries to the left side, the location of the injury differed from what Mr.Norris had previously advised. Mr.Norris stated that he couldn't be specific as to where the greyhound was injured and it was only his opinion. Mr.Norris has been treating the injury since the incident occured.
Stewards advised Mr.Norris the importance of entering the correct information into Fasttrack when scratching his greyhounds in future.
