This meeting was delayed and all races were re-scheduled with the first race to commence at 4.04pm.

This event was delayed by 3mins due to kennelling issues.

Avatar Sparkle was quick to begin.  Avatar Maximus was slow to begin.

Are You Serial and Bomber's Baby collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Are You Serial and Bomber's Baby raced wide from approaching the home turn to on the home turn.  Hometown Lads, Twenty Tamar, Dyna Fable and Sena Bale collided on the home turn severely checking Sena Bale and Twenty Tamar.  

Sena Bale was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Chief Peekay was very slow to begin (4 lengths).

Xera Bale and Muzzle Welsh collided approaching the first turn checking Xera Bale.  Xtreme Move and Muzzle Welsh collided on the first turn checking Xera Bale.  Xera Bale checked off Xtreme Move on the home turn.  Chief Peekay checked off Xera Bale in the home straight.  Sweet Emma and Chief Peekay collided in the home straight.

Dyna Zad was very slow to begin (4 lengths).

Sweet Mary, White Ambush and Bomber's Return collided on the first turn checking White Ambush causing White Ambush to race wide.  Dyna Zad, Crymelon Hewie and White Ambush collided in the home straight checking all three greyhounds.

Ms J. Torr was fined the sum of $50 for failing to ensure the registration papers/registration card were produced for the greyhound Rockin 'In pursuant to GAR 33

Master Reid was quick to begin.

Force Awaken's, Rockin' In and Kintamani collided soon after the start checking Kintamani.  Rockin' In crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Mr. Candyman.  Mr. Candyman, Starbright Vic and Kintamani collided on the first turn severely checking all three greyhounds.

Mr. Candyman was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the right fore wrist, no stand down period was imposed.

Avatar Flame was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the right hind foot, no stand down period was imposed.

Starbright Vic was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Kintamani was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

This race was re-scheduled to start at 5.15pm.

Da Bont checked off Trademark Rocky on the first turn.  Da Bont and Noosa Parade collided on the first turn checking Noosa Parade.  Imperial Fox checked off Seven Two on the first turn, Imperial Fox faltered and lost ground.

Imperial Fox was vetted following the event.  It was reported that greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left hind foot and a right pencil injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.

This race was re-scheduled to start at 5.38pm.

Sudoku Flash, Pomp Fiction and Lucky Love collided soon after the start checking Lucky Love.  Pomp Fiction checked off Lucky Love on the first turn.  Sudoku Flash checked off Lucky Love approaching the home turn.  Iceni Crusader checked off Kokoda Dreamin' approaching the home turn.

A new track record was recorded over the 410mtrs from Cloona Express in 22.966.

This race was re-scheduled to start at 5.59pm.

Prince Cheviot, Cloona Magic, Bumble Bee Bolto and Rockalot collided soon after the start checking Bumble Bee Bolto.  Prince Cheviot checked off Cloona Magic approaching the first turn.  Cloona Magic and Prince Cheviot collided on the first turn checking Prince Cheviot.  Prince Cheviot and Gunmetal Rebel collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

This race was re-scheduled to start at 6.15pm.

Main One checked off Unique Replica on the first turn.  Main One, Merc and Harvey Mills collided approaching the home turn causing Harvey Mills to race wide.

This race was re-scheduled to start at 6.33pm.

Scarlet Blu Boy and Cha Ching Ching collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Scarlet Blu Boy and Crymelon Pink.  Cha Ching Ching faltered on the home turn lost ground and pulled up.

Cha Ching Ching was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right fractured hock and was humanely euthansed.

A sample was taken from Amigo One - winner of the event.

Kryptonian was a late scratching at 2.54 pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr J. Guy was fined the sum of $100.

This race was re-scheduled to start at 6.52pm.

A pre-race sample was taken from Allen Varmint.

Allen Varmint was quick to begin.  Saint Elite was slow to begin.

Team Son, Miss Moggy and Tophat And Tails collided approaching the first turn checking Team Son.  Gunmetal Angel checked off Team Son on the first turn.  

Mr I Bibby, trainer of Crymelon Fettle declared a new weight of 31.8 kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Crymelon Fettle last raced at 30.1kg.

Tegz A Riddler was quick to begin.

Fast Freddie, Lektra Oscar and Crymelon Fettle collided soon after the start checking Crymelon Fettle.  Thanks Cheryl and Collis Princess collided on the first turn checking Thanks Cheryl.  Emily Skye eased approaching the winning post.

Emily Skye was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr G. Gledhill, the trainer of the greyhound Emily Skye regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Emily Skye with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr Gledhill pleaded guilty to the charge, Emily Skye was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Horsham and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Wishes Fulfilled, Rosie Sprite and Iceni Menace collided soon after the start checking Rosie Sprite.  Yenderra Blue, Iceni Menace and Little Pookie collided on thefirst turn checking Little Pookie.  Rosie Sprite and Little Pookie collided in the home straight checking both greyhounds.

MEETING COMMENTS:

Satisfactory Trial Results - Crymelon Holly trialled over the 410mtrs from box 4, weight 27.3kgs, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 23.58, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 3 lengths. Crymelon Holly was Not Cleared.
