Dutch Legacy checked off Lhotse on the first turn. Dr. Noely, Menzali and Royal Solo collided on the first turn. Dutch Legacy and Dr. Noely collided approaching the second turn. Aston Lebron and Royal Solo collided on the third turn. Sambucca Rose, Dutch Legacy, Tulsa Tears and Menzali collided on the home turn, checking Sambucca Rose and Dr. Noely. Dutch Legacy and Menzali collided in the home straight. 

Amber's Romance and Titanium Girl were quick to begin. Whitney Showgirl and Atomic Twist were slow to begin. Just Add Colour and Atomic Twist collided approaching the first turn. Atomic Twist and I'm A Princess collided on the first turn. She's Crackers checked off Amber's Romance on the first turn. Just Add Colour, Atomic Twist and Titanium Girl raced wide on the second turn. Just Add Colour and Titanium Girl collided on the second turn. Just Add Colour, Atomic Twist and Titanium Girl raced wide in the front straight. I'm A Princess eased and failed to pursue the lure on the third turn. Atomic Twist tailed off on the fourth turn. 

A sample was taken from Jobes Return - the winner of the event. 

Atomic Twist was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left back muscle and left hamstrings, a ten day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. N. Wynd, the trainer of the greyhound Atomic Twist.  Stewards deemed the performance of Atomic Twist unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Atomic Twist must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Titanium Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained possible lactic acidosis, a ten day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Ferguson, the trainer of the greyhound Titanium Girl.  Stewards deemed the performance of Titanium Girl unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Titanium Girl must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Drew, the representative of the greyhound I'm A Princess regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the third turn. I'm A Princess was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right back muscle and right hamstrings, a seven day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged I'm A Princess with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Drew pleaded guilty to the charge, I'm A Princess was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

A pre-race sample was taken from Gats As Promised. 

Canadash and Rippin' Sam were slow to begin. Five Spots, Gats As Promised, My Miss Molly and Algablew collided soon after the start. Five Spots and Algablew collided on the first turn. My Miss Molly and Algablew collided approaching the second turn. My Miss Molly and Rippin' Sam collided on the second turn. Gats As Promised checked off Algablew on the second turn. Gats As Promised and My Miss Molly collided approaching the home turn. Jim's Hotel and Fred Dagg collided in the home straight. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Welshman. 

No Excuse and Snap Loch were slow to begin. Welshman and Blackberry Nip collided soon after the start. Blackberry Nip, Charlie Haze and Snap Loch collided approaching the first turn. Welshman checked off Charlie Haze on the first turn. Welshman, Blackberry Nip, Secret Number and No Excuse collided approaching the second turn, checking Snap Loch which fell as a result. 

A sample was taken from Natural Rhythm - the winner of the event. 

Snap Loch was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Monaro Joe. 

Scooby Boy was slow to begin. Mepunga Gal, Scooby Boy and Monaro Joe collided soon after the start. Scooby Boy raced wide on the first turn. Crackerjack Blax and Monaro Joe collided on the home turn. 

A sample was taken from Molly Bling - the winner of the event. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Puffin' Stuff. 

Boycey Road was slow to begin. Benali checked off Warbo soon after the start. Puffin' Stuff and Miss Judge collided on the second turn, causing Puffin' Stuff to stumble. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Crump's Princess. 

Vital Force was slow to begin. Manifold and Magenta Gold collided approaching the first turn. Ben Nevis, Diamond Vee and Shady Tex collided on the second turn. Ben Nevis, Manifold and Shady Tex raced wide in the back straight. Charli Tee, Manifold and Vital Force collided approaching the winning post. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Sly Shiraz. 

Sly Shiraz and Baby Huey were quick to begin. Tiggerlong Ray and Canya Sassy collided soon after the start and again on the first turn, checking Tiggerlong Ray. Rig Fifty Five and Canya Sassy collided entering the back straight. 

A sample was taken from Baby Huey - the winner of the event. 

Mr. R. Tartaglia, trainer of Ollie Buck declared a new weight of 37.4kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Ollie Buck last raced at 36.0kg.

A pre-race sample was taken from Avatar Octane. 

Ollie Buck was slow to begin. Marvellous Midge, Ollie Buck and Loch Tight collided in the back straight. Ollie Buck and Loch Tight collided entering the home straight. 

Harlem Shake was a late scratching at 8:16AM due to injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Gold Bombardier. 

Gold Bombardier was quick to begin. She Is Creative, Diamond On Fire, Dr. Cadenza and West On Jill collided soon after the start. Diamond On Fire and Dr. Cadenza collided approaching the first turn. 

West On Jill was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a superficial laceration to the left foot, no stand down period was imposed. 

The start of this race was delayed by approximately a minute and a half due to a technical issue in the kennels. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Myrniong Cosmo. 

Mr. Pendles and Rimba Sambia were quick to begin. Bageera, Creative Cruise and Mr. Pendles collided soon after the start. Trium galloped on the heels of Archi Willow on the first turn, checking Archi Willow.
