Stewards noted that the muzzle of Dashing Dino became dislodged during the running of this event.

Acting on a confirmed telephone call from representative Mr. W. Vassallo, Proven Buddy was a late scratching at 9:13am. A 10 day stand down period was applied. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
