Showtime Mystery was quick to begin. Lektra Blicavs and Provenance were slow to begin. Scott Pizzazz checked off Harsh Miles soon after the start. Sub Zero Magic crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Lektra Blicavs and severely checking Secret Business and Provenance. Secret Business and Provenance collided entering the home straight.
Secret Business was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Provenance was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to the right foreleg. No stand down period was imposed.
