Stewards spoke to Mr E.Burrett, the representative of Manzeene Magic regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Manzeene Magic last raced on 18 April, 2017. Mr Burrett stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a monkey muscle injury.

Manzeene Magic was vetted and re-vetted following the race 12. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right pencil muscle and right distal/radius. A stand down period of 14 days was imposed.

Roman Blue Jay was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a tendon injury to the right front leg. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr W.Bocquet, the trainer of Bomber Lane regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Bomber Lane last raced on 7 December, 2016. Mr Bocquet stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a right back muscle injury.

Stewards spoke to Mr T. Vantaarling, the representative of Stylish Bree regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Stylish Bree last raced on 4 May, 2017. Mr Vantaarling stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a change of kennel. Mr Vantaarling declared a new weight of 25.7kg in accordance with GAR 39(2). Stylish Bree last raced at 24.5kg.
