Hodge's Lane and Atu Kapil collided soon after the start. White Ambush, Avatar Dodge and Tashendo collided soon after the start checking Avatar Dodge. White Ambush and Avatar Dodge collided approaching the first turn. Gotta Be better and All Inn Roselee collided approaching the first turn. White Ambush and Avatar Dodge collided on the first turn checking Avatar Dodge. Tashendo clipped the heels of Gotta Be Better approaching the home turn checking Tashendo. All Inn Roselee raced wide on the home turn and again entering the home straight. Atu Kapil and Hodge's lane collided entering the home straight.
All Inn Roselee, was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right groin injury. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.
