Sweet Angel, Good Golly Wally, Gala Rose and Winnie were slow to begin.  Sweet Angel and Winnie collided on the first turn checking Sweet Angel.  Facts Don't Lie and Micro Moo collided approaching the home turn.  Sweet Angel and Gala Rose collided on the home turn.  Trish's Delight raced wide on the home turn.

Mrs. Fozz, Peiwen Emgrand, Winlock Macy and Remain Seated collided approaching the first turn checking Mrs. Fozz and Winlock Macy.  Mrs. Fozz and Winlock Macy collided approaching the home turn.  Peiwen Emgrand and Remain Seated collided entering the home straight. Winlock Macy collided with Remain Seated close to the winning post.

Winlock Macy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right shin, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Trainer, Mr S. Stefanos.  Stewards deemed the performance of Winlock Macy unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Winlock Macy must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Provision was slow to begin.  Wild Sticks, All Inn Johnson and Ducasse collided soon after the start checking Wild Sticks and All inn Johnson.  Captain Zero and Olfina Allen collided approaching the first turn checking Olfina Allen.  All Inn Johnson checked off Provision approaching the first turn.  Provision checked off Captain Zero on the first turn.  Wild Sticks and Provision collided approaching the home turn.  Wild Sticks checked off Provision on the home turn and raced wide as a result.

Provision was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right calf muscle, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr P. Smoor, Trainer of Provision regarding the greyhound's performance.  No action was taken.

Zelemar Zest was slow to begin.  Oriental Lord, Zabdon Bluey and Zahra Bella collided soon after the start checking Oriental Lord.  Zahra Bella faltered approaching the home turn and lost considerable ground as a result.  Little Ramona and Zuletta collided in the home straight.

Zahra Bella was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right toe and right thigh muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Oriental Lord was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a thoraco-lumbar injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Scarecrow Tiger was slow to begin.  Merry Magic and Scarecrow Tiger collided approaching the first turn checking Merry Magic.  All Inn Houston and Scarecrow Tiger collided on the first turn checking All Inn Houston.  Clovalley Mauri checked off Justa Jezza on the first turn.  All Inn Houston and Justa Jezza collided on the home turn.

Krank Panda and Silver Wood were slow to begin.  Krank Panda checked off Indy's Chant approaching the home turn.

Cass' Cass, Power Sensation and Mr. Alfie were slow to begin.  Power Sensation, Banjo Barbie and Kraken Tobias collided on the first turn checking Banjo Barbie and Kraken Tobias.  Etched In Black and Quick Collision collided several times approaching the home turn.

Gotta Little Big was slow to begin.  Gold Rush Dozer, Another Emgrand and Piccolo Dancer collided soon after the start, severely checking Piccolo Dancer.  Another Emgrand and Ah Sugar Sugar collided on the first turn checking Gold Rush Dozer, Another Emgrand and All Inn Chumlee.  Proud Phoenix checked off Ah Sugar Sugar on the first turn.  Piccolo Dancer and All Inn Chumlee collided approaching the home turn, on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Tayla's Banjo and From The Shadows were slow to begin.  Rosso, Atta Flash and All Inn Genghis collided soon after the start checking Rosso.  Serious Secret, All Inn Genghis and From The Shadows collided on the first turn checking Serious Secret, Rosso, Atta Flash, All Inn Genghis and Tayla's Banjo.  Tayla's Benjo galloped on the heels of From The Shadows approaching the home turn.  Monkey Year and All Inn Genghis collided in the home straight. All Inn Genghis turned its head outwards approaching the winning post.

All Inn Genghis was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left sesamoid injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr T. Duncan, Trainer of All Inn Genghis. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged All Inn Genghis with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Duncan pleaded guilty to the charge, All Inn Genghis was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted

Stewards spoke to Mr K Eyles, representing Mrs H Eyles, the trainer of Kraken Bolt regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Kraken Bolt last raced on 28 April 2017. Mr Eyles stated that the greyhound had been recovering from a right metacarpal fracture.  Mr Eyles also declared a new weight of 31.9kg for Kraken Bolt in accordance with GAR 39(2). The greyhound last raced at 30.4kg.  

Kraken Bolt was slow to begin.  Like Her Mum checked off Hillbilly Bubba soon after the start.  Man Down checked off Hillbilly Bubba soon after the start.  Kraken Bolt checked off Gunmetal Angel on the home turn.  Blackhawk Parker and Hillbilly Bubba collided on the home turn.  Jersey and Man Down collided in the home straight.

Ego Yar, William Cabang and Eight Bells Toll were slow to begin.  Eight Bells Toll checked off Bev's Girl soon after the start checking William Cabang.  Platinum Rift raced wide on the home turn.  Platinum Rift and Hey Shaza Fozz raced wide in the home straight.
