A pre-race sample was taken from Fully Loaded.
Heartbreak Hermy and Lulu Lollipop were slow to begin.
Crackerjack Shak was very slow to begin (3L).
Heartbreak Hermy, Kryptonian and Lulu Lollipop collided approaching the first turn checking Lulu Lollipop. Okay Penny and Dream Future collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Tat Ashleigh, Kryptonian, Lulu Lollipop and Okay Penny collided approaching the home turn checking Lulu Lollipop and Okay Penny. Lulu Lollipop, Dream Future and Okay Penny collided approaching the winning post. Crackerjack Shak raced wide in the home straight.
Stewards spoke to Mr S Coulson, representing Ms L.Delbridge, the trainer of Lulu Lollipop regarding the greyhound's continuing habit of going under the running rail, post-race at the catching pen, to cross the in-field to the where the lure pulls up. Mr Coulson advised that he would discuss with the trainer and that a track with a run-on lure may be the solution.
