Stewards spoke to Mr S Coulson, representing Ms L.Delbridge, the trainer of Lulu Lollipop regarding the greyhound's continuing habit of going under the running rail, post-race at the catching pen, to cross the in-field to the where the lure pulls up.  Mr Coulson advised that he would discuss with the trainer and that a track with a run-on lure may be the solution.

Stewards spoke to Mr S Coulson, representing Ms L.Delbridge, the trainer of Zambora Caitlyn, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Zambora Caitlyn last raced on 14 July, 2017. Mr Coulson stated that the greyhound was resuming after recovering from a left shoulder injury

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Ms. C. Ivers, the representative of True Value regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  True Value last raced on 22nd December 2016. Ms. Ivers stated that the greyhound was returning from an extended spell after injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, True Value trialled over the 425mts from box 2, weight 36.1kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.58, the greyhound won by a margin of 0.75L. True Value was cleared.

Trial 2

Satisfactory Trial Results - Broken Axle trialled over the 425mts from box 8, weight 32.3kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.60, the greyhound  was beaten by a margin of 0.5L. Broken Axle was cleared.
