An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Zipping Selma engaged in this event on 27 November 2017 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Stewards spoke to Mr.A.Kleeven, the trainer of Bolta Neveelk regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Bolta Neveelk last raced on 16 July 2017. Mr.Kleeven stated that Bolta Neveelk was resuming from a spell.
A pre-race sample was taken from Champagne Papi.
Bolta Neveelk was slow to begin. Vital Force and Crackerjack Ale collided soon after the start, checking Sooky Jooky. Loch Eddie and Sooky Jooky collided on the first turn. Crackerjack Ale and Champagne Papi collided approaching the home turn, checking Bolta Neveelk. Zipping Selma checked off King Colt approaching the home turn. Bolta Neveelk and Champagne Papi collided in the home straight.
