Galloping Fantom and Dr. Harlee was quick to begin. Trouper was slow to begin. Galloping Fantom and Proven Kodiak collided approaching the first turn.
Stewards charged Mr. W. McMahon with a breach of GAR 46(2) in that he failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound Dr. Harlee. Mr. McMahon was fined the sum of $100.
