Steward's Report
Dyna Evelyn and Flying Sam were quick to begin. Giant Bale was slow to begin. Mahi Indian and Glenda Kingy collided soon after the start. Mahi Indian checked off Flying Sam soon after the start. Glenda Kingy galloped on the heels of Flying Sam approaching the first turn. Dyna Evelyn and Black Spyro collided several times on the first turn checking Dyna Evelyn which stumbled and checking Black Spyro; both greyhounds raced wide as a result. It's A Kiss, Mahi Indian, Glenda Kingy and Ronray Legend collided on the first turn. Flying Sam and Ronray Legend collided on the first turn. Dyna Evelyn and Giant Bale collided approaching the second turn. It's A Kiss galloped on Flying Sam in the back straight. It's A Kiss, Flying Sam, Mahi Indian, Glenda Kingy and Black Spyro collided on the third turn. Ronray Legend raced wide in the home straight.
Black Spyro was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn left hind toenail, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
