Away We Go and Red Rocket Sox were slow to begin. Dark Portal, Patchie Thief and Lockrod collided soon after the start, checking Patchie Thief. Away We Go checked off Dark Portal approaching the home turn. Patchie Thief and Red Rocket Sox collided approaching the home turn, checking Patchie Thief. Patchie Thief and Away We Go collided on the home turn, checking both greyhounds.
