Steward's Report

Flying Mia was slow to begin.  Chrissy Pee and Sisco Swift collided soon after the start.  Sisco Swift checked off Ebony Eclipse approaching the first turn checking Chrissy Pee and Flying Mia.  Ebony Eclipse and Olympic Lass collided on the first turn checking Olympic Lass.  Tat Molly and Kamchatka Lass collided several times in the home straight.  Tat Molly, Kamchatka Lass, Sisco Swift and Flying Mia collided in the home straight checking Sisco Swift.  Tat Molly marred Kamchatka Lass in the home straight.

Tat Molly was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both monkey muscles, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr B. Jones, Trainer of Tat Molly.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Tat Molly with marring.  Mr Jones pleaded guilty to the charge, Tat Molly was found guilty and the greyhound was suspended for 12 months (all tracks) and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(c), before any future nomination will be accepted.
